Recently refurbished hotel, air-conditioned rooms, the staff was well organized. Really enjoyed our rooms with fantastic views. The location was incredible - 400 feet away from Esplanade. This venue was in a good area near to a waterfall or burst pipe, main attractions and the spa theatre and town centre. The food we tried was good and they have lots of meals to choose from.

The location was marvellous - close enough to the restaurant prepared freshly cooked excellent value as well as beautiful Scarborough. The room was top-class, and newly remodelled, with two lovely windows, it's own balcony, and a lounge area I needed. I spent 2 nights and will be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed this pleasant accommodation with super friendly and amiable staff in Spa great customer service in Spa. We got good-sized and newly decorated standard double room with balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. The hotel had a very central location on higher beach road.

Suite for the extra value accommodated us perfectly. We walked everywhere, the location was particularly good and perfect, on the quiet south cliff area.

Lovely and beautiful location in Scarborough, short walk to garden area over road big project, yards and beaches and town centre. Lounge bar in the hotel. Very good service during our pleasant stay.

The breakfast was savoury with very good wine, the best we had in Scarborough. The hotel was placed in the very central location on the cliff top.

Had lovely location on the south bay cliff, close to Esplanade. Comfy beds, climate control, an iron, and a couch in the room. Family atmosphere, well prepared breakfast with much flavour and a great quality, for instance.

Greatly enjoyed the way our reasonably spacious and updated standard double room specifically for a double bed was arranged. The hotel location was great very close to the centre. And we were near to the restaurant and friendly helpful staff and many steps.

We didn't like the bed, it was horribly hard also the views were not so nice.

The rooms are extremely pleasant and well-appointed with a view, so that guests have essentials.

The breakfast was well prepared and savoury with a lot of dishes. It was based in lovely building in a perfect and incredible location, to the Spa Centre for the jazz festival.
